  • Wednesday, September 11th – Shirtless Stephen Amell runs through the woods of Burnaby’s Byrne Creek Ravine Park in pickup scene for Arrow‘s season 2 premiere.
  • Wednesday September 11th – Supernatural films inside the Art Institute of Vancouver.  Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles on set.
  • Wednesday, September 11th – Rogue films in its studio at Marine Way and Manitoba.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – 20th Anniversary of the premiere of The X-Files with FBI agents Fox “Spooky” Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson).
  • Tuesday, September 10th – AMC cancels The Killing (for the second time). We won’t know what happens after Sarah Linden (Mireille Enos) kills her lover, the Pied Piper serial killer (Elias Koteas) unless Netflix picks it up for fourth season.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – King & Maxwell 1×03 with Jon Tenney & Rebecca Romijn airs on Showcase in Canada. Magda Apanowicz  (Continuum’s Emily) guest stars.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – Bruce Sweeney’s The Dick Knost Show with Tom Scholte, Gabrielle Rose, John Cassini and Zak Santiago premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
  • Tuesday, September 10th – Rogue films at Easy Park on Pender & Cambie, then an establishing shot of Cole Hauser outside Century House and a night shot of a man getting rough with his girlfriend in the alley beside Century House.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – Supernatural films at  Kitsilano’s Calhoun bakery cafe on Broadway dressed as the Green Earth Vegan Bakery with Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles. Fans spot a dog int he back seat of the Impala.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – Falling Skies season 4 starts filming in the hills of Aldergrove. Closes block of 8th Avenue.
  • Tuesday, September 10th – Have you seen George Clooney? The Province reports cutouts of the Tomorrowland star are as popular in the North Okanagan as the real thing.
  • Monday, September 9th – M. Night Shyamalan’s Wayward Pines wraps filming of its pilot.
  • Monday September 9th – The 100 films in Port Coquitlam.
  • Monday, September 9th – News that Rogue star Thandie Newton is pregnant with her third child.
  • Monday, September 9th – Rogue season 2 starts filming.
  • Monday, September 9th – When Calls the Heart season 1 starts filming in Langley. Originally expected to film in Colorado.
  • Monday, September 9th – Once Upon a Time releases first photos of its season 3 premiere.
