An explosion at a “Sebastian Blood for Mayor” unity rally in Starling City Square brings Arrow on his motorcycle. That was the hit CW show’s big sequence filmed in Robson Square in downtown Vancouver last night with 200+ background performers. Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) walks west on the stairs above the rally. Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne) is down below with the other beat cops acting as security. Fans spotted Roy Harper (Colton Haynes), Thea Queen (Willa Holland) and Diggle (David Ramsey) on or near set as well. And there could have been others. Arrow filmed different parts of this rally and the explosion aftermath until about 5:00 a.m. this morning. Everyone we’ve ever known in the Arrowverse could have been at the rally but Oliver is in his alter-ego role as Arrow (stunt double Simon Burnett) riding to the rescue on his motorcycle. Later Arrow chases a perpetrator up the stairs, filmed earlier in the evening with at the south end of Robson Square with Simon Burnett and Stephen Amell himself. For episode 2×10 Blast Radius.
