Hallmark movie In My Dreams is about a young Chicago restaurant owner Natalie (Smash/American Idol’s Katherine McPhee) who gets involved with Nick (Under the Dome/Bates Motel’s Mike Vogel), but not in today’s scenes shot in Hornby Plaza downtown. She doesn’t seem to know him yet, brushing past him to walk south with a friend while he heads north down the steps.
How could Natalie not notice this guy? I arrived at the Mink Cafe in time to see Vogel loping up the steps after wrapping the earlier scene of him heading north through Hornby Plaza.
