What are Once Upon a Time’s Henry (Jared Gilmore) and Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) doing together on a beach with a campfire? Season three’s back half of episodes are a mystery to me and that’s fine most of the time except when it comes to knowing how large a spoiler scene this is. Medium? Major?

Once Upon a Time crew set up on this beach in Steveston’s Garry Point Park at night before to shoot the season two finale Neverland scene.

During last night’s rehearsals, Jared Gilmore kept warm with a winter coat and Colin O’Donoghue braved the frigid wind with a bare chest.

But when the camera rolled, Jared Gilmore had to lose his winter coat. The scene was long with a lot of dialogue we couldn’t hear. It showed yet again what a fine young actor Gilmore is.

Sockeye City Grill had a different perspective of Once Upon a Time setting up at the beach (a group of fans are huddled around the Fisherman’s Memorial Needle beneath a tarp for warmth).
