In a Felicity Smoak flashback, the goth college student (Emily Bett Rickards) warns her hactivist boyfriend Cooper Seldon (Nolan Funk) that he risks arrest. Sure enough the FBI show up moments later to take him into custody, filmed at the south plaza of the Vancouver Public Library in late August. Imagine her surprise years later when Cooper Seldon (takeoff on The Big Bang Theory’s Sheldon Cooper) turns out to be Starling City’s latest villain-of-the-week, Brother Eye.
