25-year-old former medical resident-turned-zombie Olivia “Liv” Moore (Once Upon a Time’s Rose McIver) struggles to find a way feed without killing people. The now white-haired, white-faced zombie breaks her engagement to Major Lilywhite (Robert Buckley) and takes a job at the Seattle Coroner’s office where she eats the BRAAAINS of murder victims, gains their memories and some of their traits. Posing as psychic she assists medical examiner Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti (Rahul Kohli) and Seattle homicide detective Clive Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) to solve their deaths.
What makes this unique? It’s a zombie procedural with Liv (Rose McIver) learning new skills each episode from the victims like cartwheels, new languages, martial arts.
