Correction: Speculated that The BFG might be the Disney production filming additional photography here in March but it’s not them. Pirates of the Caribbean 5 is doing re-shoots here, production code Hershel.

Here’s a teaser for legendary director Steven Spielberg’s The BFG, a big-screen and big-budget Disney live-action adaption of Roald Dahl’s children’s classic.
In the 1982 book, the people-friendly giant (Mark Rylance) teams up with a little girl Sophie (10-year-old Brit Ruby Barnhill) and the Queen of England to capture evil, people-eating giants invading the human world.
In the first teaser, a scary-looking giant hand comes for Sophie in the orphanage, but the Big Friendly Giant is not out to harm her. He has been ostracized by his kind because he refuses to eat children. The people-eating giants Bloodbottler (Saturday Night Live alumnus Bill Hader) and Fleshlumpeater (Jermaine Clement) are twice as big and a threat to everyone. Can Sophie and her new BFF the BFG convince the Queen (Penelope Wilton) and her maid (Rebecca Hall) that the threat exists.
