Fifty Shades is moving from Spanish revival mansion to Spanish Revival mansion on Friday. Brothers George and Harry Reifel built the neighbouring Casa Mia and Rio Vista mansions on Vancouver’s SW Marine Drive in the early 1930s. Both mansions are behind walls and private.

Sounds like the proposal will take place in the pool area (aka the boathouse in the book) at Rio Vista that was used in the first film.
