What fun to see the Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) fighting bad guys in the sunny suburbia of Tevat Noah, played by south Surrey’s Morgan Creek. Leaping over flower beds and running past shrubbery. This fight sequence happened on manicured lawns not in the signature dark alleys and industrial lots of Arrow.
