You can’t blend in when you were born to stand out.
Wonder — the family drama starring mega star Julia Roberts and young-Langley-actor-gone-viral Jacob Tremblay — is filming in metro Vancouver this summer and just got an April 7, 2017 release date. What’s it about? Young August Pullman (Tremblay) is an ordinary kid who loves his X-Box and Star Wars but doesn’t have an ordinary life because of the facial anomalies he was born with. Can his town learn to accept the home-schooled boy when he goes to public school for the first time in Grade 5?
Adapted from a best-selling young adult novel by Raquel J. Palacio, Stephen Chbosky is directing.
Tremblay played the boy in Oscar nominee The Room.
And charmed his way through the awards circuit last Winter with his love of Star Wars while making a few famous friends along the way.
This just happened!!! I finally met #leonardodicaprio #sagawards
