Prison Break had a rare exterior scene in Vancouver tonight at the fountains next to the Bloedel Conservatory.
Prison Break is about brothers Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows — Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell — who take turns breaking each other out of prison. It ran for four seasons on FOX – 2005 to 2009 — and is filming its 9-episode revival in metro Vancouver this Spring and early Summer. In the Revival, Lincoln and Michael’s widow Sara — Sarah Wayne Callies — team up after they discover Michael is still alive in a Yemen Prison.
Prison Break’s main unit recently returned from almost three weeks of shooting in Morocco as Yemen. All I can say about tonight is that Michael was on set and it’s not Yemen.
Will Michael reunite with Sara and their son Michael Jr.? There’s the small matter of Sara’s new husband.
It seems a good place for a meeting.
For those out there who haven’t yet seen the first seasons of Prison Break – especially those with tattoos! – do yourself a favor get on it now! An absolutely spellbinding series. Outstanding in every way. And very necessary before seeing Season 5.
