The 100 season 4 starts filming Tuesday, August 2nd, in metro Vancouver. How are Clarke and Co. going to stop a meltdown of radiation plants around the world that will exterminate the human race in six months? A brief promo of season 4 at San Diego Comic Con revealed a cloud of darkness with lightning strikes destroying Polis.
Showrunner Jason Rothenberg told the audience this scene probably won’t happen until the end of the season. And the story won’t be about trying to stop it “because it’s not stoppable, it becomes how do we survive? There aren’t enough life boats. The Earth is the ark.”
Clarke (Eliza Tayler), who lost her love Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) twice last season will own her power as leader of the Sky People. How will Bellamy (Bob Morley) react to the end of the world? Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos), who killed the man who executed her lover Lincoln (Ricky Whittle), will go even darker. Raven (Lindsey Morgan) will be a stronger Raven 2.0 version of herself after the A.L.L.I.E upgrade.
Joining the series regulars in season 4 will be Roan (Zach McGowan), King of the Ice Nation.
