Inspired by real Navy SEAL missions, SIX season 2 starts filming in Vancouver today. The History series follows members of SEAL Team Six. In its first season, team leader Richard “Rip” Taggart (Walton Goggins) made a bad call on an Afghanistan mission and was captured by terrorist group Boko Haram. It was up to his former SEAL brothers to rescue him.
Taggart (Walton Goggins) returns in season two as does the team and their loved ones — Joe “Bear” Graves (Barry Sloane), Alex Caulder (Kyle Schmid), Ricky “Buddha” Ortiz (Juan-Pablo Raba), Robert Chase (Edwin Hodge), Michael Nasry (Dominic Adams), Lena Graves (Brianne Davis), Jackie Ortiz (Nadine Velazquez), Armin “Fishbait” Khan (Jaylon Moore), and Dharma Caulder (Lindsley Register).
CIA Operations Officer Gina (Olivia Munn) is new to the second season. As is Trevor (Eric Ladin), who joins SEAL Team Six.
Six season 2 starts filming today and tomorrow north of Whistler at Duffey Lake.
And is expected to wrap November 23rd (date subject to change).
