SEASON 4: THE FLASH’s Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) is Back. And is that Harry Wells (Tom Cavanagh)?

Barry Allen’s back from the Speed Force. And he looks the same. Who’s that with him? Cisco and a Wells. Thought to be Harry Wells. There will be a new Wells later this season.

The Flash filmed a funny scene with Grant Gustin, Carlos Valdes and Tom Cavanagh (wearing a wig) walking and bumping into each other. They check some readings as a CCMetro bus goes by.
