Earth-X Nazis might be as much as I see of this year’s 4-way — Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl — DC Crossover Event, which is in its second week of filming in Vancouver.
Arrow is hosting today at the former Canada Post Building in a blacked-out set in the vast parking lots. There are Earth-X Nazis here so can evil Arrow-X, the Flash-X, Supergirl-X and Prometheus-X be far behind?

In DC lore, Earth X is a parallel Earth where Nazi Germany, not the Allied Forces, won WWII.
