Disney Christmas comedy Noelle has found a snowy spot for Santa’s village — with its Town Hall and Elforium — in Whistler Olympic Park.
Anna Kendrick is Santa’s daughter in Noelle, filming on this set until mid-January.
Cross-country skiers have seen the Village from the park’s trails but the road to the Olympic Biathlon Range is temporarily closed to the public.

Didn’t get a chance to meet @AnnaKendrick47 today in #Whistler while filming #noelle. Hoping she comes to to my class to talk acting and drama. #WishfulThinking @yvrshoots pic.twitter.com/FnTysR4OQK

What’s Noelle about? Santa’s daughter( Kendrick) is forced to take over the family business after her Dad decides to retire and her brother (Bill Hader) gets cold feet ahead of his first big flight. Much of the action has taken place in Vancouver as sunny Phoenix.
In the new year, Noelle moved up to Whistler Olympic Park to film on the Village set with elf backgrounders on skates.
