What is Roy Harper doing back in Star City? Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea Queen (Willa Holland) are shocked to hear that Roy (Colton Haynes) is in town. But when they discover the circumstances of Roy’s return, Oliver and Thea realize that he is in trouble and jump in to save him.
Thea was looking for Roy at Oliver and Felicity’s wedding reception in the mid-season finale.
Roy used to be Thea’s boyfriend and Oliver’s sidekick and crime-fighting partner Arsenal. He left Team Arrow after masquerading as the Arrow and faking his own death. Thea got his Arsenal suit and took his place on Team Arrow as Speedy.
