BIG MOVIE: SKYSCRAPER Trailer With Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Debuted During SuperBowl

Courage has no limits.

Skyscraper debuted a trailer today during SuperBowl with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson doing one of those impossible feats: leaping from a crane towards the burning tower where his family is trapped.

Set in Hong Kong. Filmed in Vancouver.

What’s Skyscraper about? Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stars as Will Ford, a former veteran and FBI hostage rescue team leader with a prosthetic leg, who now assesses security for skyscrapers. When the world’s tallest, safest tower goes up in flames in Hong Kong while he’s on assignment, Johnson finds himself framed for the arson. How will he clear his name and rescue his family trapped in the tower above the fire line?

You’ve built the tallest, most advanced building in the world but you’ve brought with it every single safety and security challenge I can think of.

Not only have you brought them all indoors but you’ve trapped them 344 floors in the air. — Will Ford (The Rock).

How tall is the Rock’s Skyscraper? The Pearl is almost 3,500 feet, rising out of Hong Kong harbour.

Neve Campbell, Chin Han, Bryon Mann and Hannah Quinlivan co-star.

A Skyscraper teaser-trailer aired during the Superbowl. And a full trailer during The Rock’s appearance on Jimmy Fallon tonight.

Skyscraper filmed in metro Vancouver from mid-August to mid-November last year with the Rock making friends everywhere he went. Including the Mayors of Surrey and Vancouver.

Skyscraper will be in theatres on July 13th, 2018.
