ScoobyNatural — a season 13 team up between monster hunters Sam & Dean Winchester, angel Castiel and the Scooby-Doo gang — starts in the “real world” with Sam & Dean and their pal Castiel buying a flat-screen TV at a pawn shop.
Somehow that gets them into the “fully animated world of Scooby-Doo”.

Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki previewed ScoobyNatural at The CW Upfront in New York last June.
Since most of ScoobyNatural is animated there were only 3 days of filming in the “real world”.
