Save Wayward Sisters.
It took years for this Supernatural spinoff to be made in Vancouver.
And fans won’t stop pushing for it now.
The #SaveWaywardSisters campaign is underway.
Tell The CW what Wayward Sisters means to you.
Official announcements are Thursday. I’ve heard @TheCW might find use in some gentle and loving reminders of what #WaywardSisters means to you. ❤️ @kimrhodes4real https://t.co/BwckCBUiAs

Jensen Ackles supports the campaign. As do Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins who retweeted Briana Buckmaster’s tweet.
I love this story…man do I want to help tell this story!!!! https://t.co/W3oil8Lf5t

Sign the #SaveWaywardSisters petition.
3 years ago, we started a petition to get this show made. It got 2000 signatures. Back before we ever had a shirt campaign or a movement or a community 20,000 strong, before we saw what could be. Just think of how many this one can get. #SaveWaywardSisters https://t.co/YGsbgVK7SE

Reaction from Supernatural showrunner Andrew Dabb.
It breaks my heart to say this, but CW has chosen to pass on Wayward Sisters. We love these characters, and have spent almost two years trying to make this show a reality on the network… but there are some fights, sometimes, you can’t win.

I want to thank everyone involved in this entire process, from our fantastic crew, to our amazing cast, and, most of all you. Your passion for this idea fueled us, and we wanted so much to make this happen for you. I’m so sorry we couldn’t.
— Andrew Dabb (@andrewdabb) May 11, 2018
But know that these characters will live on. We owe them, and you, and us that.
Thank you.

It has been a long wait since the pilot aired in January to rejection in May.
You know, every once in a while I utterly fail to maintain a placid and calm exterior. Now is one of those whiles.
FOR CHUCK’S SAKE JUST PICK UP THE SHOW ALREADY IM DYIN’ OVER HERE!!!! #WaywardSisters @TheCW— ΞXΓЯΞMΞ ҜIM (@kimrhodes4real) May 8, 2018
The CW reportedly chose to go with the last-minute The Originals spinoff Legacies.
But the Wayward Sisters characters — Jody, Donna, Claire, Alex, Patience, and Kaia — can live on until The CW realizes this should be a show.
