Cast: Melissa Benoist, Chyler Leigh, Mehcad Brooks, David Harewood, Katie McGrath, Jesse Rath.

Note: Melissa Benoist is currently performing on Broadway in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical for a limited run from June 7th to August 4th. Supergirl production is expected to film two episodes by the time she returns but they can shoot out of order or simply hold her sequences.

My family and I saw her 2 weeks ago and I cried the entire time. But not because it’s sad! Because I’m SO frickin’ proud of my Lil Sis and she’s utterly breathtaking on that stage. Jeremy Jordan heads to Broadway this Fall with Kerry Washington and Steven Pasquale in American Son. Performances begin October 6th and opening night is November 4th.

Lena Luthor starts phase 2 of her trials on dangerous substance Harun-El.

Flashback 48 hours: when Kara time-travelled back to stop Reign from killing Alura, Mon-El and Sam, somehow another version of her split off. Kara 2.0 landed in the snow in Russia. This is a Supergirl twist on Superman’s Red Son saga.

Superman’s Red Son is an alternate origin story for Superman where his pod lands in Russia not the U.S.A.
