David Ramsey directs his first episode of Arrow — Sins of the Past.
One in which Oliver talks to his half-sister Emiko, we learn some of Black Siren’s backstory on Earth 2 and Diggle and Lyla restart the Ghost Initiative (aka Suicide Squad) on Earth 1.
The past comes back to haunt both Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy). Curtis (Echo Kellum) is upset when he discovers that Diggle (David Ramsey) and Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) have restarted The Ghost Initiative with Diaz (Kirk Acevedo), China White (Kelly Hu), Kane Wolfman (Liam Hall) and Carrie Cutter (Amy Gumenick). David Ramsey directed the episode written by Onalee Hunter Hughes & Tonya Kong (#711).
