The estate — pictured on a sunnier day — is on 72nd Street in Delta by the Boundary Bay Airport.
Legends of Tomorrow used CGI to make it look like a Hollywood mansion.
Psych the Movie 2 started filming in Vancouver a week ago.
Movie filming dates: March 28th – April 16th.
Cast: James Roday, Dule Hill, Timothy Omundson, Maggie Lawson, Kirsten Nelson, Corbin Bensen.
The sequel is Lassie-centric.
Timothy Omundson aka Carlton “Lassie” Lassiter suffered a stroke two years ago just before filming got underway in Vancouver for the first movie in 2017.

And the sequel’s synopsis reflects that.
Santa Barbara Police Chief Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) is ambushed on the job and left for dead. In a vintage Psych-style Hitchcockian nod, he begins to see impossible happenings around his recovery clinic. Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill) return to Lassie’s side in Santa Barbara and are forced to navigate the personal, the professional, and possibly the supernatural. Separated from their new lives in San Francisco, our heroes find themselves unwelcome in their old stomping grounds as they secretly untangle a twisted case without the benefit of the police, their loved ones, or the quality sourdough bakeries of the Bay Area. What they uncover will change the course of their relationships forever.
Psych: The Movie 2 is co-written by Psych creator Steve Franks, star James Roday and Andy Berman, with Franks directing.
Sequel plans were put on hold until James Roday wrapped the first season of A Million Little Things in Vancouver and Dule Hill wrapped the current season of Suits in Toronto.
Where did we leave Psych the series? Shawn’s police officer father Henry Spencer (Corbin Bernsen) trained him as a boy to remember every detail of his surroundings. Over eight seasons on the USA Network, Shawn passed off this remarkable observational ability as psychic powers. And with the help of his best friend Burton “Gus” Guster helped solve crimes for the Santa Barbara Police Department. The series wrapped with Shawn travelling to San Francisco to propose to his girlfriend, former SBPD officer Juliet O’Hara (Maggie Lawson).
Psych: The Movie was a two-hour holiday movie that picked up three years after the series finale and followed the crime-fighting team of Shawn and Gus as they came together over the holidays to thwart dashing criminal Thin White Duke (Zachary Levi) who targeted one of their own.
And now there’s a sequel to look forward to.
