Between 1952 and 1969, the US Air Force investigated over 12,000 reported sightings of UFOs. This top-secret government program was codenamed Project Blue Book.
History Channel’s hit UFO series Project Blue Book starts filming season 2 in Vancouver this summer.
Filming dates: July 15th to November 13th.
Cast: Aidan Gillen, Michael Malarkey, Neal McDonough, Michael Harney, Laura Mennell and Ksenia Solo
The cable series got off to a big start in January with 5 million-plus viewers over all its airings in Live +3 and almost 2 million total viewers in the adult demo 25.54.

What’s it about?
During the 1950s and 1960s, the U.S. Air Force investigated thousands of UFO casess through a top secret division called Project Blue Book. Each episode of the 10-episode History series from Robert Zemeckis and showrunner David O’Leary pulls from actual files and blends UFO theories with historical events that were researched by a team led by astrophysicist Dr. J. Allen Hynek.

Project Blue Book filmed all over metro Vancouver last Winter and Spring with vintage cars on set: from Riverview’s Crease Clinic to University of British Columbia campus to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
