I hope this won’t be the last time I play Sam Winchester — Jared Padalecki.

The best thing about Supernatural’s last appearance at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour this weekend:

Jensen Ackles said something similar at the TCA panel:

It’s a long journey that I don’t think is ever going to be over. I think we’re just going to go away for a while. For how long, I don’t know. — Jensen Ackles.

Does this mean Sam & Dean survive the series finale?

Let’s hope so. While we’re waiting for a Supernatural revival in the years to come we’ll have 327 episodes to watch and rewatch.
