By day:

Filmed at the Paragon Gallery in North Vancouver.

By night:

Oliver Queen passed the mantle to his daughter-from-the-future Mia in Part One of the crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Related: Father-and-daughter Arrows in the crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Oliver Queen dies in Crisis on Infinite Earths but is resurrected as the Spectre for a time.

Update: Mia Smoak dies in the Crisis too, but her father as the Spectre reboots the multi-verse and gives her a better life as Mia Queen, growing up happily with her brother William.

In another big change, vigilantes are no longer villains in Star City 2040 with Oliver Queen remembered as a hero — in an Oliver Queen Memorial Drive and a Green Arrow statue in the park.
