Some of the BC film industry’s 35,000 crew are getting back to work after a 3-month Covid-19 shutdown as seven TV movies start production this month and next.

All have Canadian directors and crews. Any cast, creators or crew from outside Canada will need to do the government-mandated 14-day quarantine before heading to set.

How will they handle romance in the Covid era?
TV movie For Better Or Worse started filming in Kelowna last week, according to the DGC’s BC Production List.

Director: David I. Strasser from Vancouver.
Dates: June 8th to 23rd.
The first Hallmark movie — Wedding Every Weekend — starts filming in Vancouver on June 22nd.

Director: Kevin Fair from Vancouver.
Dates: June 22nd to July 11th.
Circus for Wedding Every Weekend.
