Supernatural’s second-to-last episode resumed filming on August 18th, five months after the coronavirus pandemic shut down film and TV production worldwide on March 13th.
Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki flew into Vancouver on Sunday, August 2nd, to do 14 days of full quarantine in their Vancouver apartments, with only their dogs for company.

On August 18th, cameras rolled again on Supernatural’s second-to-last episode.

Supernatural went on location to St. Francis of Assisi church in east Vancouver.
Supernatural went on location to Cloverdale.
Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Alexander Calvert and the Impala were on location in Cloverdale on Monday, August 24th, at Showalter’s, a gas station set built by Jerry Wanek’s production design team and named in honour of the director John Showalter.

Supernatural had asked fans to stay away to help keep the production safe for cast and crew, so there wasn’t the usual crowd watching.
