Filming dates: November 2nd to June 4th, 2021.
Cast: Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, Mary Wiseman, Anthony Rapp, Wilson Cruz, Oyin Oladejo, Emily Coutts, David Ajala, Blu del Barrio and Michelle Yeoh.

Production on Season 3 wrapped last year in Toronto and began streaming on CBS All-Access on October 15th.

Where are we in season 3?:
The USS Discovery led by Captain Saru (Doug Jones) and No. 1 Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) are now 930 years into the future in 3189, where the Federation and Starfleet are no more after an event called The Burn, when millions died after the dilithium warp cores of their ships exploded.
Burnham arrived in the future a year before Discovery during which she partnered with a courier Cleveland “Book” Booker (David Ajala) and grew out her hair.
