WRAP: Cecily Strong Back on Saturday Night Live Tonight After Wrapping Apple TV+ Series SCHMIGADOON in Vancouver

Schmigadoon/Puddin’

Cecily Strong is back in New York City and live on Saturday Night Live tonight as Rudy Guliani’s star voter-fraud-witness-gone-wrong Melissa Carone. Fans have been asking for her to play the part noting how much Carone is like Strong’s  Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started A Conversation With At A Party character.

Vancouver will miss Strong. The SNL regular has spent the last few months here starring in Apple TV+’s new musical comedy series about the magical town of Schmigadoon from Despicable Me’s Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio, Barry Sonnenfeld and Saturday Night Live executive producer Lorne Michaels.

Cast: Cecily Strong, Keegan-Michael Key, Dove Cameron, Aaron Tveit, Alan Cumming, Fred Armisen, Kristin Chenoweth, Jane Krakowski, Ariana DeBose, Jaime Camil and Ann Harada.
