Supergirl cast — Melissa Benoist, David Harewood, Chyler Leigh, Nicole Maines and Azie Tesfai — has been rockin’ out in a downtown Vancouver laneway while filming the twelfth episode of their final season.

Today is Supergirl’s last of three days in downtown Vancouver filming episode 6×12, directed by David Ramsey and co-written by Azie Tesfai.
Tesfai’s script seems to have something to do with Kelly Olsen suiting up as the new Guardian.
She was spotted in costume on Wednesday in a downtown Vancouver laneway off the 500 block of Homer Street.
Her Guardian has a gold helmut, shield and boots plus long braids and a motorcycle. Director David Ramsey is on set.

Uber-producer Greg Berlanti congratulated Asie Tesfai and David Ramsey earlier this week on being multi-hyphenates.

David Ramsey has a deal this season with uber-producer Greg Berlanti to direct episodes of and guest-star inThe CW’s Vancouver-filmed superhero shows — Legends of Tomorrow, Superman & Lois, Batwoman, The Flash and Supergirl.

Ramsey is also guest-starring as an undisclosed character on Legends of Tomorrow and as John Diggle on Superman & Lois, Supergirl, The Flash and Batwoman.
We last saw Ramsey’s character John Diggle leaving Star City for Metropolis after finding a bright green ring in a meteor crash site. This ties in with fan speculation that he will become a Green Lantern in the new HBO Max Green Lantern series.
Supergirl season 6A airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. after The Flash.
