Disney+’s next Marvel series Hawkeye, set during the Christmas season in post-blip New York City, is doing a couple of days of reshoots in Toronto.
Working title: Anchor Point.
Toronto reshoots: September 7th & 8th via Production Weekly.
Why Toronto? That’s where star Jeremy Renner is filming the upcoming Mayor of Kingstown series. And Vera Farmiga, who plays Eleanor Bishop, has been shooting the Five Days at Memorial series.
Former Avenger Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) has a seemingly simple mission: get back to his family for Christmas. Possible? Maybe with the help of Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), a 22-year-old archer with dreams of becoming a Super Hero. The two are forced to work together when a presence from Barton’s past threatens to derail far more than the festive spirit.
