We’ll learn more about Bizarro Superman on the next Superman & Lois, appropriately titled The Inverse Method.
Remember how Capt. Luthor turned out to be John Henry Irons in season one?
Well, the showrunners did another cool misdirect — setting up the thing in the mines to be DC villain Doomsday in a containment suit. But it turned out to be Bizarro Superman — an inverted version of Superman with a reversed glyph on his chest.

In another storyline next week, Lois Lane will go in search of sister Lucy Lane (Jenna Dewan) to try to clear her name as a journalist.
