It looks like The Boys will be filming season 4 in Toronto this Summer/Fall/Winter.
Production prep starts this June, according to Production Weekly.
Update: Amazon Prime Video officially renewed its hit series for season 4 on June 10th, one week after season 3’s release. Viewership is already up by +17% from season two and +234% from season one.

The Boys is a show about a group of vigilantes who take down corrupt superheroes who abuse their superpowers.
Showrunner: Eric Kripke.

Will Jensen Ackles’s Soldier Boy be back?
Maybe in some capacity, but Jensen Ackles is the new Sheriff on ABC’s Big Sky which will be filming its season 3 this Summer and Fall in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

And he’s executive producing and narrating The CW’s Supernatural prequel The Winchesters filming in New Orleans this Summer and Fall.

Season 3 of The Boys debuted Friday, June 3rd, on Amazon Prime Video, with three of the eight episodes,,followed by new episodes each Friday until the season finale on July 8th.
So disappointed that it seems Jensen Ackles won’t be in S4 of The Boys. 😏 I will still watch it, but not with the enthusiasm I have been since Jensen as Soldier Boy joined the cast! Really bummed, but Jensen is busy with other projects. Whatever Jensen wants I’ll go with! ❤️🔥🔥💋
I agree, Karyn…I believe Jensen commited to Big Sky because he wasn’t guaranteed a spot in S4 (and it had yet to be renewed) and he really likes to keep busy. I was really hoping for a main cast role for him.
