Season 3 of Digital Afterlife Comedy UPLOAD With Robbie Amell Starts Filming in Vancouver
Amazon Prime Video’s digital afterlife comedy Upload starts filming season 3 in Vancouver, perhaps with multiple versions of Robbie Amell’s Nathan.
Filming dates: August 15 2022 – November 02 2022
Working title: Luddwig.
Upload, which has been one of Amazon Prime Videos’ Top Ten comedy originals since its debut, is set in the near future, where people can pay to be digitally uploaded to a virtual afterlife like the pricey Lakeview where Nathan ends up with his rich girlfriend Ingrid footing the tab for his afterlife, it becomes a problem when he falls for his customer service angel Nora.
At the end of season one, Ingrid decides to join Nathan at Lakeview to strengthen their relationship but it doesn’t work and Nathan leaves.. Noticing that Nathan is MIA, Lakeview is about to restore Nathan from their backup at the end of season two while Ingrid might create her own digital Nathan from a lock of his hair. How many digital Nathans will there be in season 3?
