Noah Centineo’s Netflix Spy Thriller THE RECRUIT Starts Filming Season 2 in Vancouver

Season 2 of Netflix’s spy thriller The Recruit, starring Noah Centineo, starts filming in Vancouver with the inexperienced CIA lawyer getting in trouble in South Korea.

Production moved from Montreal to Vancouver for season 2.

The Recruit follows inexperienced Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo), a lawyer at the CIA who keeps getting entangled in dangerous international power politics. Season 2 finds Hendricks pulled into a life-threatening espionage situation in South Korea, only to realize that the bigger threat just might be coming from inside the Agency.

I’m thrilled to dive back into the fun, funny, action-packed world of The Recruit. Seeing how invested our audience became in the show’s adventurous take on the spy world and Noah’s turn as Owen has been incredibly rewarding, and I can’t wait to turn it all up to “11” in Season Two. — showrunner Alexi Hawley.

Season One ended on a cliffhanger with Owen (Noah Centineo) and former CIA asset Max (Laura Haddick) captured and their lives endangered.

Season 2 adds Teo Yoo from Past Lives as a South Korean NIS agent.
