TRACKER Season 2: Justin Hartley & Jensen Ackles Reunite in Trailer

Justin Hartley and Jensen Ackles’s Shaw brothers reunite early in season 2 of CBS’s hit series Tracker.

Tracker follows Colter Shaw (Justin Hartley), a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family.

There’s more to learn about Colter’s family. When we met Colter in season one, he believed that his older brother Russell had caused their father’s death 20 years before but in the second-to-last episode of season one, Russell convinced him someone else was responsible.

In episode 2 of this season, we’ll learn that Russell has very different memories of something that happened in their past.

Jensen Ackles took time out from his very busy schedule prepping his new Amazon Prime series Countdown in Los Angeles to fly up to Vancouver for three days on set — some of it driving on Langley back roads in Russell’s 1960s convertible classic muscle car (a nod to Supernatural’s 1967 Impala aka Baby).

Episode 2: Russell Shaw played by Jensen Ackles.

The car is a different 1960s muscle car with a soft top instead of a hard top– but is the kind of classic car that Dean would appreciate..
