And just like that….. we’re back!
Super hero and political satire The Boys, starring Karl Urban and Antony Starr, is in production on its fifth and final season in Toronto.
Showrunner Eric Kripke shared the typically unsubtle season 5 premiere title on X this morning.
Season 4 ended with Homelander (Antony Starr) in control of the new U.S. President and an army of supes. This season will be the last chance for Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) and the Boys to defeat Homelander.
The show is a serialized story that is about [Billy] Butcher and Homelander slowly crashing into each other, and the show doesn’t work without either of those. So, you just can’t keep that going on forever, you have to let them smash into each other. — Eric Kripke to The Hollywood Reporter.
Team The Boys
Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid), Starlight (Erin Moriarty), Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso), Frenchie (Tomer Capon), Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara).

The season 4 finale had an end credits scene of an emotional Homelander finding his comatose father in the government facility he was locked away in at the end of season 3.
Daveed Diggs joins the show in an undisclosed role.
