Prime Video’s new series Off Campus, adapted from Canadian Elle Kennedy’s best-selling books about college hockey stars and the young women in their lives, is shooting this summer in Vancouver.
Off Campus explores the romances of the Briar University hockey team and the partners who shake up their lives. The show will focus on a new love story every season as these characters experience the ups and downs of love, friendship, and the complexities of young adulthood.
The five Off Campus books: The Deal, The Mistake, The Score, The Goal and The Legacy.
Season one adapts The Deal: following music composition major Hannah Wells and college hockey star Garrett Graham. Hannah takes on multiple jobs to pay for school and harbors a secret crush on campus rockstar Justin Kohl. Garrett eats, sleeps, and breathes hockey, but a failing grade jeopardizes his time on the ice. Garrett proposes a deal: if Hannah helps him get the grade, he’ll help her get the guy. They strike up an unlikely friendship, and as they share passions and deep-dark secrets, sparks fly.
