Season Finale – Echo Ridge.
Colter returns to Echo Ridge to investigate a diner owner’s disappearance, only to uncover a decades-old kidnapping and a shocking family secret
For 20 years , Colter believed that his older brother Russell (Supernatural and The Boys star Jensen Ackles) caused their father’s death but Russell convinced him last season that someone else was responsible.
I don’t know if he fell, or if somebody else pushed him, but I do know that there was somebody else in those woods that night. Dad had enemies…. He was a crazy son of a bitch. — Russell.
At the end of last season, Colter learned that his college professor sister Dory (Manifest and The Hunting Party star Melissa Roxburgh) had held back information about their father’s death.
Ex-military contractor Russell (Jensen Ackles)l returned this season in The X-Files-inspired second episode to search for Colter who’d gone missing on a job.
