The on-screen reunion of Supernatural’s Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins in The Boys final season shot a month ago in Toronto.
The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke famously created the long-running Vancouver-filmed Supernatural series ,with Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki as demon-hunting brothers Dean and Sam Winchester and Misha Collins as angel Castiel.

At the end of March, Jared Padalecki posted an Instagram from Toronto and his Winchester brotherJensen Ackles replied.
Misha Collins followed up a few days later on Instagram with a photo from Winchester Street in Toronto.

Jensen Ackles was the first of Supernatural’s main trio to enter the world of The Boys. Season 3 brought him into Kripke’s effed-up superheroes universe as Soldier Boy.
And put him into a coma at the end of it.

Soldier Boy is back for the fifth and final season of The Boys but Jensen Ackles didn’t get to Toronto until March, after wrapping his new Prime Video series Countdown in Los Angeles.
