Lionsgate’s Karoshi, a big budget corporate thriller with a samurai twist, starring Teo Yoo (The Recruit), Isabel May (1883), Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) and Takehiro Hira (Shogun) as a villain, begins production in Vancouver.
A corporate action thriller, with a samurai twist. The story is set in a Japanese-influenced New York City and features a revenge twist. In Japanese, “karoshi” refers to an unexplained sudden death related to overwork.
Takashi Doscher directs from his own script.
