Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) is back on Lian Yu aka Purgatory.

In Arrow canon, Lian Yu is the island in the North China sea where Oliver Queen was stranded after a shipwreck. And the island the show keeps coming back to. Not only does it play an important role in Arrow’s final season, it features in the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths.
BYRON MANN GUEST STARS — Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) mission takes him to Lian Yu where he tries to ignore the repercussions of the looming Crisis until he receives help from an old friend. Meanwhile, a united Team Arrow faces a recognizable villain. James Bamford directed the episode written by Rebecca Bellotto & Rebecca Rosenberg.
Arrow filmed for two days in Delta’s North 40 Park Reserve as Lian Yu with fuselage strewn around, atmospheric smoke and a loud explosion or two.
