After being rumbled as “The Dove” after leaking where “the boy” was being detained, Phillip Broyles (Lance Reddick) is tracked around Manhattan by Observers and their Loyalist soldier minions. Almost captured in a tunnel, Broyles escapes only to be caught here at the False Creek Energy Centre under the Cambie Bridge. An Observer stands on his gun hand.
