Stephen Amell and Arrow crew took a break on Friday night from rehearsing scenes for their season two premiere to wish Colton Haynes (in his Roy Harper red hoodie) a happy 25th birthday, surprising him with a big birthday cake with candles.

Arrow is still filming in the Downtown Eastside and won’t wrap until about 5:00 a.m. this morning. Sometime later on Saturday I will share photos of Stephen Amell in full costume as the Hood and of his double Simon Burnett as the Hood doing a stunt which hoisted him high up in the air in three takes. It’s good to see the Arrow stunt team back in action.
