Psych creator/showrunner Steve Franks is in Vancouver to direct what is expected to be the season 8 finale (possibly series finale). From the photo he tweeted last night, it’s no longer a secret that Maggie Lawson has found time from her new sitcom to return to film scenes for this episode. Pity the Psych cast doesn’t get along (joke) …..

Psych is filming its season finale out of order, like it has done in past seasons here. Shooting of at least two more episodes (including the James Roday-directed fan-picked episode Dream Therapy) should extend Psych filming in Vancouver to around August 23rd.
