Supernatural filmed a scene of Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) talking in the Impala mid-afternoon Friday under the south end of the Granville Bridge. Two “sit-ins” (seated version of standins?) baked in the summer heat inside the car until crew had finished setting up the shot. Spectators were allowed to watch filming from the opposite corner and Ackles rewarded fans with a wave when the scene wrapped.
