The Intruders panel at San Diego Comic-Con featured showrunner Glen Morgan and cast John Simm, Mira Sorvino , James Frain and Millie Brown to talk about their upcoming 8-part BBC America series. Intruders is about a secret society — Qui Reverti — whose members aim to live forever by hijacking other people’s bodies, based on the 2007 Michael Marshall novel of the same name. Cop-turned-writer Jack Whelan (John Simm) leaves Los Angeles for Birch, Washington, in the Pacific Northwest in a bid to escape a dark past, but his sins comes back to haunt him when his wife Amy (Mira Sorvino who plays two characters in one body) goes missing. Do the Intruders have her? Yes they do.
Jack’s search for his wife leads to this secret society after his high school friend Gary Fischer (Tory Kittles) asks for help looking into a murder case.
Richard Shepherd (James Frain) is the assassin killing people to cover up Qui Reverti’s existence and chasing nine-year-old Madison (Millie Brown) who is a key to what is happening.
