Update: This set was used for exteriors of a cabin where Charlie (Felicia Day) holed up with Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) and the Book of the Damned.
Supernatural filmed “the boys” and the Impala at its newly-constructed log cabin set in Burnaby’s Fraser Foreshore Park yesterday. One crew member ranked it their second-best set ever which is high praise in a decade of production design on the show.

Supernatural is building its own log cabin in the woods … of Burnaby for a shoot on Friday, February 13th. The structure in Fraser Foreshore Park looks so solid until you approach it from the side and see that it’s a facade.
We shouldn’t be surprised that Supernatural crew built a log cabin from scratch. Remember their gas station in a Boundary Bay park for 10×03?
