BANFF 2015: Showrunner Palooza with TRANSPARENT, FARGO, THE STRAIN, UnREAL & BATES MOTEL Producers at Banff World Media Festival

Do you love good television? Banff World Media Festival is the place to be with a two-day showrunner-palooza which kicked off this morning with Transparent creator Jill Soloway.

Bachelor-esque dramedy UnREAL co-creator Sarah Gertrude Shapiro will be joined by stars Constance Zimmer and Shiri Appleby to talk about turning Shapiro’s short film into a shot-in-Vancouver TV series.

Co-showrunner Carlton Cuse will talk about developing filmed-in-Vancouver Bates Motel into A+E’s #1 drama series of all time.  No small credit goes to its staight-out-of-Psycho motel and gothic house set in Aldergrove.
